Hmmm, what's the rationale behind the anti-portfolio? This seems like the kind of thing I would do but only because I can be neurotic about opportunity costs sometimes haha

The ones I know do it in an effort to maintain some intellectual humility and to guard against "Survivor Bias" when they look at the results of their decisions. I do it to torture myself. And I agree with you. Opportunity cost is real. Which I think may have been what Mary Oliver meant when she posed the question, “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” The ultimate opportunity cost.
